At Prague City University we talk to each applicant on an individual basis to find out what your needs are, and to ensure you are applying to the best choice of programme. Your application is completed online, including the submission of supporting documents. There is no application fee nor entrance examination.
Once your documents have been reviewed and approved by the Admissions Team, you will be invited for a final interview with your Programme Leader. This interview, a crucial part of the admission process for all programmes, is conducted in person at Prague City University for applicants who are able to travel to us; and by Zoom for international applicants.

Non-native English speakers are required to submit a recent score from an internationally-recognized English examination. These may include, but are not limited to, the following examinations: IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge First Certificate or Advanced English.
The required score differs from programme to programme. Please check individual programme pages for the specific requirement or feel free to contact us for further details.
If you have recently taken a different internationally-recognized English language exam — for example Czech State Language Exams — those results can also be used to assess your current language ability.
Similarly, if you have studied the IB Diploma, or taken Cambridge iGCSEs or A-Levels for example, you may be exempt from submitting a further English examination result.

Statement on AI in PCU Admissions
AI-based assistance programmes can be powerful and useful tools. We understand their value in helping you generate ideas in order to write your letter of motivation. However, your final submission should always be your own. You should not copy and paste content you did not create directly into any documents as part of your application. As with any collaboration, or other sources of inspiration, if you choose to utilise AI-based assistance while working on your PCU application we encourage you to use it to generate, edit, and refine your ideas only. We appreciate AI could be a helpful collaborator, particularly if you do not have access to other assistance to help you write your letter of motivation, yet it should be used cautiously. At PCU we want to meet you, and hear your story. We look forward to receiving your application and reading your letter written in your own words.
If you would like to get additional preparation in either language or academic skills before entering Bachelor's level programmes, you can be enrolled in one of our Foundation Diploma programmes: Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media Practice or Foundation Diploma in Business.
These programmes are also available for those who would like to complete the last year of their high school education before progressing to a Bachelor's degree programme.
If you would like to know more about these programmes, contact our Admissions advisers at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (+420) 222 101 020.
