In photography there is a reality so subtle that it becomes more real than reality.

The photography society of Prague City University “lumière”, commenced its journey to chase the light and create photographs that matter. On 23 October 2022, we organised our first endeavour as a society.
The Night Photowalk started at Malostranské Náměstí at the main square of Prague's Malá Strana. We walked down the historic Charles Bridge while exploring the magnificent architecture of Prague. The sun was almost gone and the wind picked up the pace. Our hearts, were filled with excitement and joy.
We continued treading down the Charles Bridge and came eye to eye with figure from the forgotten past standing in their glory, partaking the wisdom and stories of centuries to those who took a moment to observe.
Further down our path we took a moment to take in the mystical ambiance and were greeted with the mellowing sound of live music. A perfect occasion for us to let go of all the worries of world and be in a moment of peace and tranquillity.

Along with stories, laughter and photographs our little journey came to an end. We were all overjoyed and filled with hope for a better tomorrow. We concluded our walk with the promise to look at world with more love and light.
We are lumière, We chase the light!
