IBF Residential Real Estate Seminar

Dean of the School of Business, Dr Stefano Cavagnetto will be keynote speaker for the International Business Forum’s 6th Annual Residential Real Estate Seminar: ‘Uncharted Territory’. He will discuss how the pandemic has impacted the European economy and speculate on what to expect next in terms of the economy, the new workplace environment, and the safety of investments.

This half day seminar will be held in Prague on Thursday, 2nd September in the offices of KPMG.

The focus will be on how the global pandemic has shaped the Czech Real Estate market. But this sector has also had to contend with rapidly increasing construction costs and construction laws which have had a huge impact on prices.

In addition to Dr Cavagnetto’s keynote address, top real estate, finance and construction experts will speak and partake in an open and insightful Q&A. They include:

Lars Klett – Partner, UEPA advokáti

IBF Annual Residential Real Estate Seminar

The seminar is open to members of IBF (350czk) and non-members (650czk). The seminar includes a light breakfast from 8.30am and promptly starts at 9.00am. A networking coffee break will take place after the speeches, followed by a Q&A discussion. The seminar will finish around midday.
