The students were introduced to the topic of "Crisis Communication" and its importance for businesses. According to Cristina Muntean, every business should be prepared for communication in a time of crises and devise a strategic crisis communications plan beforehand. Examples of crisis communication were drawn from real life scenarios and students received helpful tips on how to manage and communicate when a crisis may hit by practicing their skills in interactive exercises.
