Master Speaker Series - "How to Win in a Financial Crisis"

Prague College presented another speech in its Master Speakers cycle on the topic "How to Win in a Financial Crisis" delivered by the Head of Schools of Business and IT & Computing, Stefano Cavagnetto, and principal lecturer in the School of Business, IT & Computing, Bruce Gahir.

The talk considered the issue of crisis and its effect on those organizations which respond inflexibly by not taking advantage of the situation. The general idea of just surviving can be turned into the opportunity to advance strategically during a time of crisis. The speakers suggested tips on how to deal with crisis and make strategic moves in the game.
