Guest lecturer: Andrea Fejtkova

The lecture will address team-building and team-leading issues in stressful situations. There will be a practical part where participants will be given a problem and will have to solve it within a given time limit. The practical part will be followed by an analysis, including topics such as how to avoid stressful situations, how to react quickly and effectively, and how not to spread the stress among other team colleagues.

Mrs Fejtkova currently owns and manages her company CYAN Logistic, s.r.o. After her Business studies, she worked as a freelance translator and as a coordinator and a system operator in several positions. She communicates and deals with a broad range of partners on a daily basis and speaks three languages. Her experience working with stressful situations under real-world conditions is sure to benefit students.
