The aim of this class is to develop the skills and knowledge needed for working with and leading others, through understanding the importance of recruiting the right people for the job. This class aims to develop learner knowledge and understanding of the impact of the regulatory framework on the recruitment process.
In this class students will have the opportunity to develop their own leadership skills as well as building on the skills and knowledge needed to manage and lead people and teams in an organization. Students will explore ways to manage teams and individuals as well as motivating staff to perform better whilst meeting the aims of the organization.
