Support & Wellness
PCU treats students' health and wellbeing as a high priority and are delighted to offer a programme of activities that enrich the body, mind and soul, along with individual support and advice.
Students are welcome to join weekly yoga sessions with our qualified yoga instructor Lucie. The classes are open to all levels of ability, including beginners. You don't require anything except a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and a bit of curiosity.

Mindfulness & Meditation
How do we find even a moment of peace in busy, challenging times full of distraction?
How do we experience stability and clarity even though we may have so many intense emotions and so much mental confusion?
How do we learn to work with our mind instead of being just at its mercy?
In the West, meditation has moved from the fringe into a mainstream activity with Universities around the world recommending its practice. We offer weekly sessions with a qualified meditation instructor to help reduce stress, improve concentration and for student’s to experience an overall sense of wellbeing. To join a Meditation class please email Student Services for more information or sign up directly at the event link here.
