Global Strategic Advisory Board

The Advisory Board serves as a close group of independent, highly experienced educational and industry professionals who have agreed to lend some of their time and expertise to support Prague City University.

The purpose of the Advisory Board is to advise on the academic and institutional strategy that underpins plans for university development. The Advisory Board offers critical analysis and support to the Senior Management Group (SMG) and to others in faculty and administrative leadership, in order to enhance and promote current good practice in the organization, and to discuss and discover fresh approaches to strategy and practice when needed.

Members of the Advisory Board engage with various constituents from the university, including students, faculty and staff, offering support and advice within their individual and collective areas of expertise.

Roberto is a professional with over 30 years of experience as a chartered accountant and tax advisor including managerial roles. He is accredited at the Italian National Association of Tax and Accounting Experts, and at Chamber of tax advisors in the Czech Republic. Roberto is former Head of the Italian desk for the CEE area at Mazars, Česká Republika. He is currently Managing Director of an independent professional consultancy, Luca Prague s.r.o., which provides strategic and business advice, international project consultancy, family office, Anti-Bribery compliance (ISO 37001) and Mergers & Acquisitions.
