Joel Imhoof, MSc

Joel has been a lecturer in the School of Business, Management & Technology since 2011. He teaches Marketing, Advertising, Business Environment, Research Projects, and Personal Skills and Cultural Development courses.

Joel has previously worked in sales, public relations and advertising in the USA and the Czech Republic in organisations such as Volvo, IBM, Honeywell, O2, Raiffeisen Bank, Olympus, Time Warner and the Czech Ministry of Education. He is also a founding partner of Language & Skills, a network of teachers focused on delivering high-end hard/soft skills seminars.

His professional experiences have provided him with valuable insights into the art of poignant communication using a variety of creative methods — assets he now brings to bear as a lecturer.
