Kateryna Shymanska, Ph.D.
Principal Lecturer
Kateryna is an experienced academic with a strong background in Accounting, Auditing and International Economic Relations. She holds both a Master's degree and a PhD in Accounting and Auditing, demonstrating a real dedication to her field. She teaches accounting-oriented subjects at undergraduate level.
With over 16 years of academic experience, Kateryna has worked as a Professor, Assistant Professor and Head of Department at leading institutions including Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University and Prague University of Economics and Business. During this period she taught a range of courses including Auditing, Accounting and Taxation Reporting, Financial Accounting, International Trade, International Marketing and SMEs' Internationalisation.
In addition to her academic work, Dr. Shymanska possesses valuable practical experience in business, working as an Auditor and Accountant for several Ukrainian companies.
