Lucie oversees the School of Business's blended learning programs and lectures on international HR, PR, and organisational behaviour. She holds a degree in International and European Economic Studies, a Master’s in Professional Communication from La Salle University in Philadelphia, and recently completed a DBA from Teesside University.

Lucie first joined PCU in 2003 where she worked in the marketing department and in 2006 she moved to Miami, Florida and continued her career in higher education working for various public and private universities. She held posts as Associate Dean of General Education at Keiser University, Program Coordinator and International Student Advisor at Florida International University (FIU) and Kaplan International College. Her main teaching specialisations are in human resource management, communication and public relations. In 2012 she returned to PCU to lecture in the School of Business. Lucie teaches at all academic levels in the areas of organisational behaviour, sales, international management and communication.
