
Michal Beňo, Ph.D.
Associate Lecturer
Michal is a lecturer and researcher at the School of Business, Management & Technology. His areas of teaching include business management, e-working and e-learning and his research specialisations are technology, work, innovation and learning.
Michal has presented his research at international conferences, has been interviewed on podcasts and has published extensively. Michal also reviews manuscripts for academic journals and some of his research findings have been published in newspapers and magazines.
As an Assistant Professor at VŠTE in České Budějovice, Michal taught Intercultural Management and gave various online lectures on e-working. He has also organised webinars for the private and public sectors. His experience working in both private and public sectors demonstrates an ability to examine and surface the advantages and disadvantages of the private and public sectors.
Outside of the office, Michal is a Mindsetter on LinkedIn, a role that inspires, influences and impacts others. As a lecturer, he brings mindset culture into the classroom to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
