Yelena Trofimova, Ph.D.

Associate Lecturer

Yelena teaches computing at the School of Business, Management and Technology. Her specialisations are in computer networking, relational and NoSQL databases. In addition to her teaching career she has worked as a software engineer and a technical support specialist for international IT corporations.

Yelena has a Master's and a Ph.D. degree in Informatics from Czech Technical University (ČVUT) where she also teaches. She is a member of ČVUT's FITNet research group, which explores theoretical concepts, architecture and computer network technologies.
