PCU is full of people who are passionate about what they do. Students, lecturers, administrators, our senior managers and founders are proud of the institution that has been built since 2004, through careful attention to quality of teaching and learning, and dedication to working hard to achieve excellent results.
Sean is responsible for recruitment and student experience at PCU. He oversees the Admissions and Student Support teams and works closely with Marketing and the Admissions Coordinator. Sean has an extensive background in education having worked as a Study Abroad Advisor and Associate Director of International Recruitment at several American universities before locating to Europe. Before joining PCU he worked as a Director of College Counselling at College Alpin Beau Solei in Switzerland.
Alice works as an Admissions Specialist and is responsible for any questions relating to long-term visa applications for incoming PCU students. Alice supports international students with the administration associated with the visa application and moving to the Czech Republic. She can answer any enquiries in Russian as well as English.
Alexa is originally from the USA and has recently completed her Master's in International Management. Alexa is responsible for International School partnerships and is ready to answer any admission questions that you may have, as well as what it's like to study at PCU.
Roman is the Admissions Coordinator for PCU. He handles enquiries in Slovak, Czech and English adn manages the Admissions Team to ensure a smooth and professional enrolment process for applicants.
He also supports the Director of Student Recruitment and Experience to execute strategies to attract and enrol new students to the university. Originally from Slovakia, Roman previously worked as an Admissions Specialist in Lithuania before joining PCU.
Šárka is a Student Support Specialist for the School of Business students. In addition, she looks after the Student Council, Student Societies and PCU's Industry Network partnerships. Šárka graduated from International Business Management from PCU and completed her Professional Coaching Certification in 2022, enabling her to offer additional career and life coaching skills to students.
Marek is responsible for the Rector's office and for the past 12 years has worked in academia. He has published on socio-cultural issues of management, ethics, diplomatic protocol, gender issues and issues of ethnic groups. He previously he worked for more than 30-years in management positions in the Hospitality industry. Marek has a PhD. in sociocultural anthropology, a Ph.Dr. in cultural studies, a Master's degree in sociocultural anthropology, a Bachelor's degree in sociology from Charles University.
Johana is responsible for the administration of the Erasmus+ Programme. She manages new academic partnerships and ensures that current partnerships are maintained and developed. In her previous roles she worked in international office management and academic programme management. Johana is a historian and has a PhD in Modern History from Charles University. In addition, she has studied and conducted research in the US, UK, Germany and Poland.
Veronika is responsible for managing the reception team, classrooms and studio spaces.
Magdalena joined Prague College (now PCU) at its very beginning. She works as Head of Operations and Purchasing Manager, ensuring that our purchasing processes run well and relationships with our suppliers are kept in good order.
Leona works in the Finance Department and she is mainly responsible for student tuition fees. She has a Master's degree in International Business and for several years she worked in a bank. A few years ago she switched to education and before joining our team she worked in AKCENT College in the Student Services Department.
Zdenka works as an Accountant and HR Administrator in the Finance Department. She has worked at PCU since its inception.
Larissa is responsible for the Marketing department at PCU. She has worked in the Advertising, Design and Events industries in both Czech Republic and Australia. Larissa has a Bachelor's in Visual Arts from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma in Communication Management from The University of Technology in Sydney.
Adam is responsible for the production of all physical and digital marketing materials as well as website maintenance. In addition, he produces and video and photo content. Adam has worked as a designer for several Czech universities and art institutions. He holds a Bachelor's in Media Studies and is currently studying for his Master's in Sociology and Musicology.
Artur has extensive experience in hospitality, large-scale events and venue event management. At PCU he is responsible for all events such as the annual exhibitions, film screenings, school speaker series, student parties livestreams and conferences. He also helps manage external partnerships and student content creators to ensure videography and photography of university activities and events.
Basel works in the IT department and is a graduate of BSc. Computing from PCU. He is responsible for maintaining the university's networks, servers and WiFi across all campuses.
Khatia is an assistant to the Pro-Rector and the School of Media & IT. In her role she supports students, lecturers, programme leaders, as well as the Pro-Rector. She also works closely with PCU's strategic partner, Teesside University. Originally from Georgia, Khatia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Administration from Tblisi State University and a Master's degree in Economics & Finance from Charles University.
HEAD OF ADMISSIONS
Originally from Chester in the North-West of England, Natasha is our Head of Admissions.
Having graduated with a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages (Spanish, French and Catalan) from the University of Sheffield, she worked until 2017 in the Student Recruitment Team at Edge Hill University.
From there she brings a wealth of experience in participating and organizing recruitment events, working with prospective students and providing them with guidance regarding admission to higher education.
Natasha loves to travel and to make use of her language skills whenever she can, and enjoys meeting people from other cultures. She adds 'Prague is a great place to be to explore Europe further. I also do modern and tap dance and enjoy attending shows and gigs in my spare time!'

HEAD OF STUDENT SERVICES
Nelli Pontes is Head of Student Services at Prague College.
Nelli has a Master's degree in International Journalism from university in Belarus and has also worked as a freelance journalist for several newspapers. It was her desire to learn marketing and advertising, as well as the opportunity to experience an international education that brought her to Prague.
Nelli enjoys modern dance and yoga, reading and learning foreign languages, and most of all, cookery.

Magdalena joined Prague City University at its very beginning. After maternity leave she returned, and now works in administration as Purchasing Manager, ensuring that our purchasing processes run well and relationships with our suppliers are kept in good order.
Before coming to Prague College, Magdalena worked for a corporate training organization, managing professional education programmes. She participates in outdoor sports, including skiing, skating, and cycling. She also enjoys creative and DIY activities.
ACCOUNTING & HR
Zdenka has worked at Prague College (now PCU) since its inception, first as an accountant, and - since returning from maternity leave - as HR Administrator.
She was formerly employed in a corporate training organization, managing professional education programmes. When not at work, Zdenka enjoys travel, reading, and sports.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Michal kroča develops internal and external promotional materials, advertising campaigns and print and digital materials connected with marketing. Michal is also our in-house photographer.
As well as his work as a freelance photographer and graphic designer, Michal also enjoys weightlifting and keeping fit. He owns and runs a fitness centre Fitness Plovárna in his hometown Hranice (Moravia). His other interests are movies, new technologies, social media, e-commerce, music and travel.
