Global Blended Degrees
Blended Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees in the #DigitalCampus
Are you attracted by Business, Finance or Computing, and wish to enhance your educational qualifications, but prefer to remain in your current location? Or perhaps external commitments mean that you would struggle to attend a traditional on-campus programme?
PCU Global Blended programmes provide a structured solution by combining regular studies in our immersive Digital Campus, and in-person residential sessions in Prague. This way, you spend less time on campus, but still experience superior learning and individual mentoring from our professional lecturers, and actively participate in discussion with fellow students, allowing you to feel part of the PCU Global community.
Master’s Degrees, start September or February:
Residential in Prague
Your regular studies are complemented by residential sessions. Join us in Prague for in-person instruction, along with plenty of networking and social opportunities, allowing you to engage even more with fellow Master's students and academic staff.
Choose from two residential options:
a) two weekends per semester (week 4 and week 8), or
b) one week per semester, at the end of the semester.
If you are unable to join us in Prague for whatever reason, please know that you can still complete your programme and will be welcome to join future residential blocks, even as a graduate.
Bachelor’s Degrees, start September, February, or June*:
All programmes take 3 years to complete.
Residential in Prague
The residential weekends give you the opportunity for in-person instruction with your lecturers, preparation for upcoming assessments, and plenty of networking and social opportunities with your fellow students and academic staff.
- Business degrees: 2 weekends of lectures per semester
- Computing degree: 4 weekends of lectures per semester
Digital Campus for the 2021/22 academic year
We look forward to welcoming you to Prague for residential sessions, but understand that (depending on your country of residence) you may still have difficulty if flights are not yet operating, or if short-term visas are delayed. Pandemic infection rates and associated government restrictions may also impact the method of programme delivery (online or offline).
That's why we provide the Digital Campus, a complete online learning experience where you participate in real-time classes and individual consultations as if you were here in Prague. Once you join us for real, the transition is seamless.
“I work for one of the biggest investment banks in the UK in the High Performance Computing Engineering team as a DevOps Engineer. Studying at Prague College [now PCU] taught me to think and work independently and the lecturers were always encouraging me to improve my analytical skills so that I could express and then critically evaluate my work. Furthermore, achieving a British degree gives you an edge when competing for demanding job positions as they are highly regarded by employers.”
Alejandro Villamarin, MSc Computing graduate
"The programme was manageable when combined with my workload and was very beneficial for my professional development. I had the chance to test and implement my learning in real business situations. For me, it was an exciting journey, and an opportunity to learn and improve."
