Keyce Academy

In April, Keyce Academy students from Paris visited Prague City University. While in Prague, students attended a course in Intercultural Negotiation taught by Hon. Prof. Stefano Cavagnetto, Ph.D.

The course provided an overview of cross-cultural interactions, how cultural values affect them, and differences in international communication styles. Students learned strategies and practical tools for managing and dealing with cultural differences, enabling them to develop productive negotiation techniques in our globalised world.

In addition to the course, Keyce students had the opportunity to attend industry talks during PCU's Professional Development Week. One of these was David Lacroix from Amaris Consulting, who gave a presentation on negotiation techniques. His presentation included information on psychological behaviour and social relationships that affects negotiation.
