Prague Fringe has been a long-term partner of Prague City University and this tradition continues, most recently in the form of professional work experience for our students across various programmes. This opportunity gives students the unique experience to work alongside a creative team who organise one of the most celebrated Fringe Festivals in the world.

The recent Fringe Reimagined Festival featured a selection of Czech theatre live streamed all over the world, in cooperation with world Fringe festivals from England to Australia.

The programme showcased new work across a variety of genres including puppetry, physical theatre and multi-media performances, as well as a series of post-show talks with artists and theatre industry professionals from the Czech Republic and abroad.

Graphic Design student Kateřina Erteltová joined the team first as a Graphic Design intern and her adaptation of the Fringe graphics were seen in over 50 countries around the world via Livestream, in advertisements and on Czech TV too. Additionally, the creator of the original graphic identity is the work of Prague College (now PCU) Graphic Design graduate Alina Shupikova.

While Creative Media Production students Xenia Teniakova and Jon Karel Sedney joined the team as Videographers where their work totally 'wowed' Prague Fringe Director Steve Gove. Below is one of the videos created by Jon.

The Festival shows are still available to view on the Prague Fringe webiste through until 18 December entirely for free - no complicated logins, subscriptions or payment is required.
