Hans van Koolwijk is a Dutch sound artist and builder of experimental musical instruments. For thirty years he has been working in the space between visual art and music, creating and constantly adding to an extensive palette of his own sound machines, some very simple and others very complex.
Two of his works will be featured in the upcoming 'vs. Interpretation' festival in Prague from 27 April to 1 May. His talk at Bishop's Court on 28 April will highlight some of his work and the principles behind it.
