Our next Master Speaker is Mr Karel Krejci, CEO of Krejci Working Capital Solutions, who will introduce the world of Fintech (IT solutions for the Finance sector), considering innovation and disruption of traditional trading models by new technologies including cryptocurrencies.
Karel Krejci has more than seven years' experience in Supply Chain Finance and the procure-to-pay (P2P) application software space, representing tech start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His work includes five years based with US company Prime Revenue, and two years at UK-based Demica, dealing with the entire spectrum of working capital solutions. Mr Krejci's European focus has been on Payables to Receivables including Inventory, where his clients are generally investment grade companies with turnover greater than €750m.
Mr Krejci has a history of pan-European programmes in business sectors such as retail, automotive, transportation and logistics, telcos, technology, chemicals, foods and beverage, as well as prospecting in pharmaceutical, industrial, metals and aerospace. His last huge contract closed was with Michelin to implement a worldwide programme for 16 countries from the US and Europe to Asia. He has a deep knowledge of DPO/DSO trends on the market per business sectors as well as accounting treatment concern (IFRS/US GAAP related).
