We welcomed a second visit from the prestigious Marriott School of Business at Utah's Brigham Young University

Prague College was delighted to welcome back students from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business.  BYU is situated in Utah, and is the alma mater of former US presidential candidate Mitt Romney, and the author of the Twilight series, Stephenie Meyer.

In the last few years, Prague has become an essential stop on BYU's annual global tour for their Business School students. During the course of the morning, the group was addressed by Douglas Hajek, Director of Prague College, who spoke about the role of transnational education, and Petr Krivonozka from PARKHOTEL - a member of the Prague College Industry Network - about the transition of business culture in Central Europe from Communist times to the present day.

In the second half of the morning, students and faculty from our School of Business led group discussions with the BYU students, answering their questions and engaging in stimulating discussions about the Czech and European economy and culture.
