On Thursday 12 May, Architect Tomáš Rousek will be guest Lecturer at the School of Art and Design’s Visiting Artist Lecture (VALS) series where he will present his terrestrial and space projects at PCU’s Bishop’s Court campus.
Tomáš is the founder of XTEND DESIGN that operates in Prague and London. He has collaborated on a number of projects around the world – NASA space modules, architecture for the Rio Olympics, FIFA Championships in Qatar, the Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi and futuristic projects for two royal families.
Tomáš is inspired by global challenges such as expanding humanity into space, tackling climate change and improving the way cities work. He will also share his company’s experience working for Škoda Auto, EU, Vodafone and Mercedes-Benz.
The lecture content should be of interest to students from all schools and is open to the general public. For event details visit the event website here.
