On 23 and 24 February, Prague College students have the opportunity to participate in a two-part Portrait Studio Photography Workshop with Portuguese photographer Pedro Palmela.

Pedro Palmela-1-1.jpegPedro Palmela grew up in the heart of Lisbon before moving to Portimão in 2007. An amateur photographer since the age of 20, he spent one year working in the studio of Eduardo Grilo in Bairro Alto, where he discovered his real passion for photography in the years before the digital era.

He has run courses and workshops in photography and laboratory techniques at the Portuguese Youth Institute in Lisbon, on digital photography and Photoshop at C.L.C.C. in Portimao, and general photography and portrait photography at ETIC Algarve.

Pedro's particular interest is in photography for portraiture, reportage and fine art. His work has been exhibited at Bold.Point Creative in Portimão, and won second prize in the 13th edition of Portimão's Race Photo.

We are very pleased to welcome him for this special workshop for Prague College students.
