Work-Based Project

This learning is embedded into the Leadership and Strategic management programme in the form of a live Leadership project conceived between you, your academic adviser and your employer. This work-based project allows you to achieve an outcome that can be implemented directly into your workplace and help lead your company or organisation through these changing times.

Study for your Master’s from any location

Delivered over three semesters, this unique global blended degree programme can be studied regardless of where you are based, with the majority of teaching undertaken in our Digital Campus. Classes and consultations are outside of working hours and over weekends to accommodate work commitments.
