KPIs, Knowledge and Confidence

by Alex Went, on 26 May 2014 14:59:20 CEST

A workshop presented by Prague College in association with the Association of Credit in Central and Eastern Europe

Together with the Association of Credit in Central and Eastern Europe (ACCEE), Prague College is delivering a series of workshops and development programmes for finance specialists presently engaged in order-to-cash and credit finance.

“KPIs, Knowledge and Confidence” is an interactive, informative and entertaining workshop sharing breakthrough insights, particularly for students and people working in the order-to-cash and credit finance areas who want to develop their skills to a further level.

This free two-day programme will be held on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th June at Prague College in room 209. It will focus on analysis of the receivables ledger, creation of what-if scenarios, and how to turn them into effective credit management impacts on the profit & loss account, the balance sheet, working capital and the cash flow cycle. These valuable skills have been identified as prerequisites by the finance and credit sectors - and they can enhance your career prospects with potential employers.

You will experience how KPIs are calculated, their context in the financial world, and relevance to business sectors and country specifics. Other areas include the terms and conditions usually found on the reverse of the invoice, and how knowledge of them empowers your organization. The ACCEE is the only organization dedicated to developing and connecting the order-to-cash community and professionals in the region to increase business value.

We are confident that participation in this workshop will help you and your organization re-visit your focus on cash flow, credit finance and customer relations and also develop engaged, pro-active and motivated employees.
