Classroom-based teaching in small groups

All teacher training begins in a classroom. But not just any classroom: PCU provides a suite of centrally located teaching and learning spaces where you are introduced to the theory and practice of education before embarking on your actual teaching career. You’ll learn to engage with classes in bright, well-lit spaces, all equipped with the right tools and technologies to do the job.

External teaching practice

Getting experience of different environments is a crucial part of learning how to teach. That is why, as well as at the PCU Polska Campus, teaching practice takes place at Akcent International House, and Threshold Training Associates language school.

In the Excellence in Learning and Teaching series, we invite teachers, educators, trainers and theorists to discuss the latest developments, based on their own experience and training. You will hear about the application of teaching practice, case studies covering many of the challenges of the educational world, and dynamic new ways of teaching and learning that contribute to real excellence in and out of the classroom.
